Join us for Sleap’s New Years Day Fly-In!
Start the year off right!
Cafe open all day to visiting pilots and members, 2 hard runways, some of the UKs cheapest fuel and an excellent RAF museum! The perfect hangover cure. We are open all day and would love to see as many of you as possible.

VPACs annual fly-in to Sleap.
Organised by the Vintage Piper Aircraft Club.

Flour Bombing
Flour Bombing returns to Sleap!
Entrants have to channel their inner bomber pilot skills and drop a small bag of flour at the target.
Those wishing to take part must contact the office to book (£30), spaces are limited. Briefing at noon, regulated under Article 89 permission.
3rd-5th May 2024
Advanced & Unlimited Aerobatics Competition
The Club, Advanced & Unlimited Aerobatic trophies bringing pilots and aircraft all around the UK for exhilarating aerobatics.

Sleap's Helicopter Fly-in, with reduced jet fuel and helicopter rides through Adventure 001.

SleapKosh24
It's back! SleapKosh '24
We are delighted to announce that SleapKosh will return for 2024, bigger than ever. We keep improving the event year on year and hope to wow the visiting pilots more than ever before.
The 3-day festival of live music, great food, beer and amazing aeroplanes will be at #SleapKosh24
Music stage, food and the UKs best ‘fly-in’ evening airshow on Friday & Saturday night. Camp for three days of fun, sun and warbirds. Visitors from the UK and Europe.
Airshow acts to be announced soon. Fly in only, 300+ visitors.
Please note: this event is ONLY open to SAC members and fly in vistors. No Road Access!

1940s Weekend
We are excited to announce, the arrival of our 1940’s Weekender at its new home, Sleap
Airfield, this Summer. Our unique Living History weekend, attracts visitors from as far afield as Norwich, South
Wales and the North. Bring your family along to enjoy an educational and fun perspective of the 40’s era.
Musical Entertainment, Vintage Trade Stalls, Warbirds, Military / Civilian Vehicles, Battle of Britain Memorial Flight (tbc) and much more for all ages to enjoy. Various Re-enactment groups will be on display to talk with, and watch a simulated 45-
minute military battle, with dummy ammunition and casualties to provide visitors with a real experience of what it may have been like.
We have weekend camping provisions available for tents, caravans, motorhomes, vans &
RV’s. Camping available from Fri afternoon to Sunday. Dogs welcome on leads.
Gates open to the public at 10:00am on both days.

Join us Saturday evening for our 1940’s Big Band Dance with the Ashby Big Band and the
excellent singer, Kitty LaMare. We even have a Dance Teacher on hand to brush up some
period moves. Separate tickets are required for entry. Over 14’s and Above Only

Sleap Large Model Airshow
Come and see some of the largest and most impressive model aircraft in the country flying all weekend. Large selection of trade stalls. Trade list to be confirmed, Flying from 09:30 – 17:00 on both Saturday & Sunday Gates open for day ticket holders at 08:30 on both Saturday & Sunday Adult day entry.

Bonfire Night Fly-In
We're open again for the UK's bonfire night fly-in.
Music, winter food and treats, and fireworks.
SAC Member only event.
10th November 2024
Remembrance Day
Featuring flypasts of vintage warbirds and aircraft.
Wreaths will be laid at the War Memorial in line with remembrance Sunday.
Open to all visitors by road or air.
No aircraft to operate between 10:55 & 11:10.
